1. Return Window
Items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Returns outside this window will not be accepted.
2. Eligible Items
To be eligible, items must be:
Unworn, unused, and in original condition
With tags and original packaging
Not part of a discounted or final sale
Non-returnable items include:
Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
Underwears
Final sale or clearance items
Custom-made or altered pieces
3. Return Process
Email us at: info@listofits.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Once approved, ship the item back to us within 5 business days.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return. We do not offer store credit or exchanges at this time.
